• How long does the process take?

  The custom website package usually takes about 5 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the project complexity and how quickly we go through feedback rounds.

• Do I need to provide finalized copy for the website?

  Not at all. I’ll create AI-assisted copy tailored to your brand and audience, so you don’t need to have everything finalized before we start.

• Can I request extra features or integrations?

  Yes! We’ll cover this during the discovery phase. If you need e-commerce, booking systems, or other integrations, I can plan for that. Some advanced features may come with extra fees, and I’ll always share those costs upfront.

• How many revisions are included?

  You’ll get up to two rounds of revisions to fine-tune your website. If you need more, we can add extra rounds at an additional rate.

• How many pages are included?

  The base package includes up to 5 pages (for example: Home, About, Services, Blog, and Contact). If you need more, I can add them on request.

• How do you handle branding?

  I’ll use your existing branding and apply it to the design. If you don’t have branding yet, I offer this as an optional add-on service.

• What tools do you use for collaboration?

  I use Figma for design work, Loom for walkthroughs and feedback, and Notion or Slack to keep everything organized.

• Can you work with specific developer requirements?

  Yes. I prepare developer-ready files and work directly with developers to make sure the design is implemented smoothly.

• What if I need animations on the site?

  I can design animations directly in Figma or create detailed specs that your developer can bring to life.

• Should I provide a project brief?

  You don’t need a fully polished brief. Some clients come with detailed documents, others only have a rough idea. Either way, I’ll guide the process and help shape your vision.

• How will we communicate during the project?

  For quick communication we can use Telegram, WhatsApp, or Discord. For revisions, we can set up a Google Meet/Zoom call or keep everything in Figma comments.

• How many design changes can I request?

  During the structure and design steps, you’ll get up to 3 revision rounds to request changes. I’ll let you know when drafts are ready for feedback.

• What if I need more than 3 revisions?

  If the project needs more refinement, we can add additional rounds as an add-on at my hourly rate.

• What if I want to change the whole design direction mid-project?

  Major changes after we’ve already moved forward with a concept aren’t included in the standard scope. But if you’d like to pivot completely, we can do that as an add-on at my hourly rate.

• Can I update the website after the project is done?

  Of course. If you want to add new pages or make updates, just reach out. Small updates can be done hourly, while larger updates can be quoted as a flat fee.
