I'll deep dive into who your direct and indirect competitors are. I'll include what services they offer, what services they don't, and how they compare with your business. I'll look at their user demographic, their customer-facing marketing strategy, and how they compare with your business.

What to expect

We'll sync together to understand your business goals and who you think your competitors are. I recommend at least allotting a 2 week turnaround time so that I can do ample research and compile a professional slide brief. There will be opportunity for a check-in 1 week into the project where I will show you my progress and listen to your feedback.
