Approval of Brand Story + Brand Design Guide

1st draft of Content Plan, for client approval.

Once Content plan is finalized, graphics/reels creation is underway.

Captions are added to all content and compiled in one Gsheets document, for approval.

Scheduling of posts on the appropriate platform, following the best posting times for your niche.

Interacting with followers' comments and shares.

Up to 3 ad-hoc postings (trend jacking) are added as the month goes along to further boost brand visibility.

Social Listening is done to identify how our audience is perceiving our brand strategy.

End-of-month analytics review to breakdown opportunities for growth & improvement.

Monthly Content Strategy Calendar
Before the month starts, I will strategize the best content to post for which day, and on what time it should be scheduled.
15-25 Static Content per Month
Up to 25 pieces of high-quality and relevant static content for posting, reflecting your branding identity and aimed at getting engagements with your community/target audience.
2-10 Reels/Short-Form Video posting per Month
Up to 10 high-quality and well made Reels to boost your brand's presence and bring out your personality.
Social Media Posting Captions
Before the beginning of the month (and after the creation of the content), I will compile all posts and utilize my copywriting skills to craft compelling and effective captions for each. These are for your approval and revisions can be made prior to posting schedule.
Content Scheduling
Scheduling of content across platforms according to the best posting times
Community/Follower Interaction
Replying to a maximum of 3 relevant comments on each content posted to engage with our community and build rapport
Up to 3 Adhoc Content Posting
Throughout the month, I will also be creating/captioning/scheduling up to 3 timely content (memes, informative content, important updates, etc.) that allows the brand to exhibit its personality
End of Month Analytics Review
Before the month ends, a review will be presented to check for future opportunities and ways to improve our strategy
Ads Campaign/s Management
Client can request up to 5 different Ad Campaigns per month for any of the below platforms: - Google Ads - Facebook Ads - Instagram Ads - Tiktok Ads
