1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

I'm committed to protecting your confidential information. If needed, I can arrange a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Please contact me to discuss your specific needs.

2. Copyright Ownership

I want you to have complete ownership of your designs. Upon project completion and full payment, all copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the design work will be transferred to you, the client. You will have exclusive ownership and control over the designs, and I will not retain any rights or claim to the work.

3. Service Description

By availing of my On-Demand Graphic Design Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. The service includes a monthly subscription that covers a range of graphic design tasks as detailed in the service description.

4. Payment Terms

New Clients: If you're new, you'll be required to make a 50% deposit of the monthly fee upfront upon initiating the service. Subsequent monthly payments are due in full at the end of each month of service.

Termination of Service: If payment is not made within [mention the number of days, e.g., 30 days] of the due date, I may need to terminate your subscription and pause design services until outstanding payments are settled.(Legal Action will be taken)

Refunds: I don't provide refunds for the deposit or any part of the monthly fee. However, if you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the month, you won't be billed for the following month.

5. Revision Policy

I'm pleased to offer one complimentary revision for each design project as part of your subscription. The scope of the revision includes adjustments to layout, colors, fonts, and minor design details. Further revisions or significant design changes may incur additional fees, which we can discuss on a case-by-case basis.

6. Project Limit and Additional Fee Policy

I have a maximum capacity of 25 big projects per month to ensure quality and timeliness. If you require more than 25 big projects in a given month, an additional fee of $50 will be charged for each project that exceeds this limit. Your consent will be sought before proceeding with additional projects.

7. Liability and Dispute Resolution

While I strive to deliver high-quality design services, I shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, or other consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use my services.

In case of any disputes or concerns regarding my services, I encourage open and constructive communication to reach an amicable resolution.

8. Termination of Service

Either of us may terminate the service with a written notice 30 days in advance.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Modification of Terms

I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as needed. I will notify you of any changes in advance.
