Presentations Have the power to grow a brand to new heights. I break down every projects into 4 phases, which is predictable, easy to follow and easy to execute.
Phase 1
Once onboarded We will sit together and go through your presentation Requirments and assess protential challenges and forthcoming. In phase 1 we also give an estimate of the timeline and create a detail project timeline for your viewing. Phase 1 is all about understanding you and your brand and figruing out how to execute this project effectively .
I also look into your exisitng brand assets . Assets for this project or any other material needed to excute this project. This is done to ensure that everything needed to execute this project is ready and good to go.
Phase 2
Visual Research of your existing brand, your past work and brands you look up to. In this phase we try to look for a visual direction before creating the designs. The deliverables are 3-5 visual directions and our own personal suggestion.
Deliverables for this stage is
Phase 3 + 4
Work hand in hand . In the last two phase we execute based on the visual direction selected create a 3 rows of style frames. Once approved we send slides in batches of 5 for approval. and work on the feedback every 5 slides at a time.
We go through one final round of revision to finish up anything we could have missed and complete the finishing touches for delivery.
Delivery
Finally we sit to clean up the source file, convert the presentation to ppt and compress the Final Files for delivery !
