BRAND IDENTITY DESIGNVoma Zaku
The focus of this project is to create the entire Visual Identity & direction of a Brand from scratch.
My Brand Identity design process includes the following steps;
* First of all, I schedule a meeting with the client, so that I can get an overview & brief of what the brand/company is about and to understand my clients vision and expectation. This step is important as it would determine the direction of the project.
* Secondly, I research various aspects of the brand/company and then draw a moodboard.
*Thirdly, I begin to sketch down ideas, after which I bring the best sketches to life and develop them into great logo ideas.
* At this point, I show my client these ideas and get their reviews.
* I then go and to make revisions and begin working on the final logo idea.
* I proceed to run a second check with my client to be sure they're okay with the final logo option.
* After verifying with my client, I proceed to creating all deliverables and variations of the Brand Identity.
* At intervals I like to update my client on progress, so that they're up to date.
* I then ship off the final brand deliverables in a zip file to my client via mail.
* Finally, I ensure that my client understands how to implement the designs in the branding.
What's included
3 Initial Logo Ideas
At the beginning of this service, 3 logo ideas would be designed. This is so that the client can have a variety of ideas to select from.
Typography & Color (Style Guide)
This deliverable would include the specific Type face used & Color hex codes used in the project.
Vector Formats (SVG,EPS,PDF)
The Logo design would be delivered in SVG, EPS & PDF formats.
Transparent Background (PNG)
This deliverable would include versions of the logo with transparent backgrounds in PNG format.
High Resolution (Print & Screen)
High Quality formats for both Screen (72 dpi) & Print (300 dpi) would be included in the deliverables.
Source File (AI/PSD)
This deliverable would include fully editable Source files (AI/PSD).
3D Mockup Presentation
This deliverable includes the Brand Identity variations presented in 3D Mockups varying from small scale to large scale.
These 3D Mockups are a realistic presentation of Brand Identity elements.
Stationery Design
This includes the design of; Letterheads, Folders, Envelopes, Business Cards, Note Pads, ID cards & Pens. (As relates to the Brand)
Social Media Design
This includes the Brand Identity design & templates in formats & sizes required for Social Media Apps; Instagram, Twitter & Facebook. (As relates to the Brand)
Logo Mark & Pattern
This includes the Logo Mark & Brand pattern.
Brand Identity Presentation
This includes a visual presentation of the complete Brand identity project.
This is usually the last deliverable.
