1. Kickoff & Brand Discovery We start with a deep-dive into your brand, customers, and goals. This includes understanding your value proposition, tone of voice, and any must-haves for the site.

2. Wireframes or Content Strategy (optional) If needed, I create wireframes or plan the site’s structure and key content sections with a CRO mindset to guide layout decisions early on.

3. Visual Design in Instant Using Instant, I design your store directly in a live environment, no need for long Figma cycles. This gives full creative freedom while letting you preview real-time results on your actual store.

4. Conversion-Focused Build I build the full site (homepage, collections, product pages, landing pages, etc.) with custom sections that match your brand and user needs. Every layout is responsive and optimized for fast load times.

5. Shopify Setup & Launch From connecting your domain and setting up apps, to product imports and metafields — I take care of the technical Shopify side so you can launch confidently.

6. Final Testing & Go-Live We do a full QA to test everything on desktop and mobile. Once approved, we go live and I stick around to support post-launch tweaks and questions.
