Development of creative blog content to align with brand tone of voice, target audience and to address catalog gaps with SEO-informed and feedback-driven decisions. Oversee research, drafting, and submission for edits + further requests ahead of publishing. This deliverable type also applies to any sorts of community-facing help articles or related explainer-type content to provide more information about your product(s), service(s), and common FAQs of the parties you serve.
Internal-Facing Content
In many ways, this is my bread & butter with all organization I serve. Internal documentation is crucial to efficient collaboration, as well as how to ensure onboarding and offboarding, new attempts for leadership delegation, and more are as seamless as possible. I've overseen these improvement efforts for one-employee operations with a group of contractors supporting to 500+ employee companies.

Matt came to us highly recommended by our friends at another events company who said he was wonderful to work with. We're based in Boston and had just expanded to New York and were looking for help growing in a new city. Matt was helpful in so many ways, recommending great venues to reach out to, helping us develop an effective marketing plan, developing better staff training, and generally giving feedback on a lot of habits we had gotten into that weren't serving us. Plus he's fun to work with.

Matt is the paragon of “go-getter.” He didn’t simply wait for assignments in our work together, although he completed those enthusiastically, quickly, and completely; he was always finding opportunities to further optimize for my company’s goals. He has an unparalleled ability to understand a company’s mission and culture quickly and contribute to that company’s growth.
