I have a very precise and structured process that I follow to always deliver the best possible results. This approach, broken down into multiple steps, ensures that you always have an overview of the direction we’re going in. That way, we avoid making big changes later in the project. Instead, we move step by step, and if there are any changes, they’re always small and specific to the current phase.
Here’s a quick overview of the process:
Research and Inspiration: I start by collecting a few websites with similar themes for inspiration. At this stage, you can let me know what you like or the direction you want your site to go in. I analyze what others are doing well and poorly, extracting the best elements from each and considering how I can make your site stand out in the market.
Content Analysis: I analyze the content we have and figure out how to break it down into sections to improve the flow and increase the conversion rate. At this stage, I also define the sitemap, but since this is a landing page, we focus on the sections.
Wireframes: I create wireframes, which are basic sketches showing where each piece of content will go in every section. This is also the stage where we work on the copy.
Design: Once the wireframes are ready, I move on to the design phase. I make sure it looks as modern as possible and aligns with your brand’s overall look and feel. If you don’t have a brand guide, I’ll create one before the design, defining things like color scheme, fonts, and overall style. The design also includes mobile responsiveness, of course.
Style Guide: After the design is finalized, I create a style guide to make it easier for the developer to implement the design. This includes defining all the font styles, spacing, colors, and other design elements used.
I always keep my Figma files well-organized for every project I work on, and I’ll do the same for this one. I’ll send you the Figma file, and then you can go in at any time, leave comments, and provide feedback.
