  You’ll need basic copy (like your About page, services, product descriptions, etc.) and any images or brand assets you’d like included. I’ll send a content checklist to help you gather what you need. If you’re feeling stuck, the optional Style, Brand, and Voice Guide can help you shape your messaging.

• How long will the project take?

  Most Tier 3 sites take 3–6 weeks depending on content readiness and complexity. I’ll give you a timeline during our strategy session.

• What if I need additional help in the future?

  For custom sites, I offer hourly or retainer-based support if you’d like to extend beyond the initial support window.

• GDPR and WCAG? I don’t see other web designers talking about those. Are they important?

  Absolutely. GDPR and WCAG aren’t extras—they’re foundational. GDPR ensures your site respects user privacy and data collection laws (especially if you’re working internationally), and WCAG accessibility standards help ensure your site works for everyone—including people using assistive technologies. Many web designers skip this because it’s not “visible.” I include it because it’s the right thing to do—and because it protects you, your business, and your users.

• Why does this only include “GDPR basics”? Don’t I need full compliance?

  Full GDPR compliance depends on your tools and audience. This package includes the essentials: a cookie banner, privacy policy setup, and responsible tracking practices. If your business operates in the EU or uses advanced marketing tools, I’ll guide you through your options for enhanced privacy controls.
