Discovery: This is the first stage of the process. Once the project is confirmed and the initial down payment is made, I’ll send over a Questionnaire Discovery Form to gather a better understanding of your brand, goals, and vision. Once you've filled it out, I’ll begin the research and creative direction phase.

Exploring & Refining: During this stage, I'll explore multiple directions and rough logo sketch concepts to discover the strongest ideas for your brand. Once refined, I’ll share the most fitting 3 concepts for you to review and select from.

Presentation: The concept you choose will then be further refined and developed into a professional presentation, showcasing the logo in detail along with the proposed color palette, typography direction, and realistic mockups to help bring the brand vision to life.

Review & Delivery: Based on your feedback, any necessary refinements (if needed) to the selected logo and presentation will be made. Once the final design is approved, the remaining payment will be due. After payment is completed, all final source files and deliverables will be provided.

If for any reason the initial sketch logo concepts still don’t fully align with your expectations after the included revision rounds, additional exploration rounds can be arranged at an extra cost. However, this is quite rare, as most clients are satisfied with the concepts presented within the agreed project scope.

A signed project agreement and a 50% non-refundable payment will be required before the project begins, covering the time and creative work invested into the process. Once the final design is approved, the remaining 50% payment will be due, after which all the final files and source assets will be delivered.
