FAQs

  • How long does it take to complete a project?

For a general timeline, our logo design process typically takes between 1-2 weeks, while our brand identity projects can vary from 3-5 weeks. Lastly, our website projects can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks. *Please note that the timeline for your project may vary based on its unique requirements and the speed of communication in which feedback is received.

  • How will we communicate?

We’ll start off with Google Meet video meetings to discuss your project and present the first round of concepts. For shorter communications, we’ll use email. We understand that if you are not too fond of meeting via video chat, we can do a call over the phone or communicate via email. We're comfortable with whatever!

  • We don't live in the same city. Can we still work together?

99% of our clients are not local, so we manage projects long distance using email and video chats.

  • If I have my logo designed by someone else, can you help with other designs?

Yes! you can approach me to expand on your brand.

What's included

  • Discovery Consultation

An important first step to our project! Let's have a quick chat so we can meet each other and learn about each other a bit more. We'll nail down your goals, how to achieve said goals, and your brand strategy.

  • Logo Variations

We will provide several logo variations for your brand, including a primary logo, a secondary logo, and an iconmark logo. The number of variations may vary depending on your project. If you require more than three variations, just let us know!

  • Typography Pairing

Typography pairing should not be random; it's strategically selected to match your brand visuals. This will involve choosing a pair of two typefaces. Please note that these are suggestions, not requirements. As the client, you are responsible for purchasing fonts. However, we always try to find free commercial fonts first.

  • Color Palette

The whole feel, aesthetic, and mood of your brand can easily be represented by colors alone. A curated color palette that exudes your brand will be created for you! Typically, we curate between 3-5 colors, but no more than 7.

  • Brand Pattern(s)

A brand pattern can be essential to a business because it helps reinforce brand recognition and identity across all touchpoints. By incorporating a unique and recognizable pattern into branding materials, businesses can create a strong visual connection with their audience and differentiate themselves from competitors.

  • Business Card Design(s)

Having a killer business card design can help your brand stand out from the crowd and be remembered long after you've parted ways with someone. It's like leaving a little piece of your brand behind that people can keep in their pocket or wallet and pull out whenever they need your services or products. This is designed on Canva so you will have an editable version to update at your convenience!

  • Social Media Post Templates

Social media templates can be useful for a brand because they provide a consistent and professional look and feel across all social media platforms, saving time and effort in creating new content. They also allow for easy customization and branding, ensuring that the brand's message is clear and cohesive.

  • 3 Revisions

I aim for one and done, but we all know that it can't always be like that.

  • Brand Guidelines (or Style Guide)

A brand style guide is a document that outlines the guidelines and specifications for a brand's visual identity, including its logo, typography, color palette, and other design elements. It serves as a reference for anyone creating branded materials, ensuring consistency and coherence across all marketing and communication channels.

  • Supporting Graphics

This can be anything as simple as the lines you put under words to emphasize something in your call to action to random little doodles to be added to your pattern.
