A complete UX audit of one feature of your mobile or web app, including annotated screens, a detailed “as-is” flow, and an optimized “to-be” user flow. You’ll receive clear, structured files and actionable fixes your team can implement immediately to improve usability and reduce friction.

What's included

UX Audit File (Annotated Figma + Screenshots)
A Figma file (or PDF export) containing all reviewed screens (up to 8) with clear annotations: usability issues, confusing steps, blockers, and missed opportunities.
Current User Flow Map - “As-Is” (FigJam/Figma File)
A flow diagram that visualizes the existing user journey for your feature — including steps, states, decisions, and friction points. Delivered as a FigJam or Figma file (PDF export included).
Improved User Flow - “To-Be” (Optimized Flow Map)
A redesigned and optimized user flow that simplifies the experience, reduces friction, and clarifies the user's path. Delivered as a FigJam/Figma file with optional PDF export.
Priority Fixes Summary (1–2 Page PDF)
A concise PDF summarizing the top UX issues (P1–Critical, P2–Medium, P3–Minor) with explanations and recommendations your team can implement immediately.
FAQs
Yes - larger scopes can be quoted separately before we start.
The best option is direct access to the feature inside your app - a build link (TestFlight / Firebase), App Store / Google Play link, or staging environment. If you also have a Figma file, please include it - it helps me see your intended structure and states. If no build is available, screenshots or a PDF are fine too.
No - this service focuses on UX analysis and flow mapping. If you’d like redesign work, we can discuss a separate project.
Yes, as long as temporary access or demo credentials are provided. I do not purchase subscriptions or in-app plans for testing.
