This meeting will be to get to understand the project as well as understand your wants and needs. I'll help you set goals for this project, figure out what you like, and discuss brand voice with you. Before this meeting, I will send you a brand guide so I can better understand you, your brand, and the project!

I'll take a deep dive onto your website and go through each page with a fine tooth comb! After we'll discuss: 👉 What is and isn't working on your website 👉 Talk about your brand voice & brand persona 👉 Discuss what EXACTLY you want your copy to sound 👉 How I"ll write your copy, as well as deadlines & details of the project. After that, we have everything set in place for the project to begin!

First meeting after the project which means first looks! I will send you the project a few hours before our first draft meeting so you can make any and all notes you want changed. During the meeting we'll discuss changes, things we like, the reason behind certain phrases/words/etc. After we have decided everything we wanted changed, I will get to work immediately to update the copy to exactly what you want!

Just like the first draft but with your changes and suggestions! Again we'll go over what you like, don't like, and more!

The time has come and your project is done! 🥳 We'll have one last meeting to discuss the final draft and make sure that you are in love with the copy! If you love it, then this project is done! ✅ If not, I keep going until you are happy (to a reasonable level) The project may be done but I'm not out of your hair yet! I'll be following up periodically to check in on you and see how the copy is performing. And who knows? This could be the start of an awesome and continuous work relationship! 🤝
