  • Do you make changes to my writing or do you use editing marks and direct me to make changes?

    For the most part, I make the revisions as your editor. Because I use Track Changes, the ultimate decision on revisions lies with you. When it comes to larger developmental issues, such as gaps in logic, I leave sidebar comments suggesting changes to be made as you rewrite.

  • How do you estimate your costs?

    I work on a sample to determine how much time your editing takes. After this determination, I estimate a project cost based on total hours. I then bill hourly.

What's included

  • Revised Document

    I edit documents using Track Changes in Word. I will return your written piece with edits you can review and accept individually. Suggestions will appear in sidebar comments.

  • Project Assessment

    I will provide a one-to-three paragraph assessment of the written piece and summarize any suggestions/comments in sidebars. If you plan to further revise or expand your piece, this summary will assist future writing.
