There’s a slightly organized or maybe even slightly chaotic filing system with multi-colored folders, business ideas or names, permits, previously collaborated ideals and of course even the dreaded coffee stained site plan sitting in the back of the car, just waiting for the right time to be held again.
The right time is now, and now is when it’s time to set the plans in motion and move forward on that once invigorating idea.
The current listing includes a maximum 2 hour consultation that is intended to meet or exceed the provided deliverables. A fee of $25 will be charged for every subsequent half hour in addition to a .83¢ per minute rate.
The Fine Print:
Should either party decide to forego signing the creative contract, a $50 refund will be issued at the conclusion of the meetup, provided the following condition is met; any concepts, and/or designs created by Jasmine Platt (whether it be digital, physical, or verbally spoken) shall remain in the possession and under full ownership of Jasmine Platt.
For complete acquisition and ownership of the previously mentioned conceptual property of Jasmine Platt, a minimum payment of no less than $250 (including meetup booking fee) must be negotiated within 7 days. If contact/decision has not been made within the allotted 7 days, the terms of negotiation will be forfeit to Jasmine Platt and the acquisition fee will be at Jasmine Platt’s sole discretion.
Any unauthorized use/production of the previously mentioned conceptual property owned by Jasmine Platt will not be entitled to a preliminary cease and desist letter, and instead met with an immediate intent to litigate.
