Before you think of redesigning, the first thing is to figure out why it is needed & why isn't it working. In order to do that, you need to understand and analyse what isn't working. I will analyse your product in detail.
Note: This will not include designing the product. I can only give suggestions to the dev team on how to go about them or improve them.
