I do not offer free samples. Each order comes with 2 free revisions.which in certain cases I can extend to 4 free revisions. I believe in good customers service and encourage customers to ask any question before placing an order however I do not offer a money back guarantee.
I don't charge extra for the source file but please specify the format you need before placing an order. For example if you want the final file to be editable in Powerpoint you'll need to communicate it before I get started so that I create your design in Powerpoint instead or any other software.
All files are delivered as a PDF file however, on special requests, we can also deliver in the following formats; Powerpoint, Keynotes, PNG, JPG, Mp4, Docx, Ai, Affinity Designer. Please specify the file formats that you require before placing an order otherwise we will be deliver in PDF by default.
Though I do not copy designs, I can sit with you and discuss why you like a certain design and figure out how best to incorporate certain features in the infographic that I produce for you.
Infographics make information visually engaging and easier to read. A well designed infographic uses illustrations, typography, pie charts and icons, to help your audience understand any topic. We can take a complex topic and convert it into an easy to read infographic for you within 7 days.
If you want to change the journey map or infographic later on please let me know before hand. I can create the graphics in PowerPoint, Keynotes or Miro which will give you the freedom to make changes to the document. However you'll need to communicate this before hand.
Once you've provided me with all the information I'll share my ideas and narrow down the design. Then I will restructure the information and create a design draft. Next I'll use your feedback to fine tune the draft and add illustrations at key points. Once you are satisfied I'll submit the design
