• Do you offer free sample designs, unlimited revisions and a money back guarantee?

  I do not offer free samples. Each order comes with 2 free revisions.which in certain cases I can extend to 4 free revisions. I believe in good customers service and encourage customers to ask any question before placing an order however I do not offer a money back guarantee.

• I need a source file, will it cost extra?

  I don't charge extra for the source file but please specify the format you need before placing an order. For example if you want the final file to be editable in Powerpoint you'll need to communicate it before I get started so that I create your design in Powerpoint instead or any other software.

• What file format do you deliver in?

  All files are delivered as a PDF file however, on special requests, we can also deliver in the following formats; Powerpoint, Keynotes, PNG, JPG, Mp4, Docx, Ai, Affinity Designer. Please specify the file formats that you require before placing an order otherwise we will be deliver in PDF by default.

• I have an example of an infographic that I really like. Can you recreate it?

  Though I do not copy designs, I can sit with you and discuss why you like a certain design and figure out how best to incorporate certain features in the infographic that I produce for you.

• What is an infographic and how can it help me?

  Infographics make information visually engaging and easier to read. A well designed infographic uses illustrations, typography, pie charts and icons, to help your audience understand any topic. We can take a complex topic and convert it into an easy to read infographic for you within 7 days.

• What if I need to make changes to the journey map or infographic at a later stage?

  If you want to change the journey map or infographic later on please let me know before hand. I can create the graphics in PowerPoint, Keynotes or Miro which will give you the freedom to make changes to the document. However you'll need to communicate this before hand.

• How can you help me create a visually pleasing and informative journey map?

  Once you've provided me with all the information I'll share my ideas and narrow down the design. Then I will restructure the information and create a design draft. Next I'll use your feedback to fine tune the draft and add illustrations at key points. Once you are satisfied I'll submit the design

• What information do I need to give you before placing an order

  1. A brief overview of your business or industry. 2. A document containing the information that you would like me to visualise. This could be for a user journey map or an infographic

• What is a journey map and how can it help me?

  A journey map is a way to visualise the steps that someone takes in order to complete a task. It can help business owners and other stakeholders see how customers interact with their products and how this experience can be improved.
