We can begin at step 1 i.e Research to let the client gain insights into the industry standards and user goals. Or we can directly begin at wireframing from the clients on insights on what the user is currently lacking from their perspective.

User Experience is important because it a process that puts the user first, and this brings a level of care to the people who will be enjoying your product/ service. The goal of this process is to take care of the user so they don't have a steep learning curve, hard time navigating or consuming the pages.

Same goes for UI, without the visuals, the user is left in a slump of having interest in your product but being turned off it because of less than average looks. We want visuals that suit your amazing products and services and that is what I aim to deliver in close collaboration with the clients.
