Summary

This service provides as indepth or low level look into the User Experience of your product or website as the client prefers. We can begin at step 1 i.e Research to let the client gain insights into the industry standards and user goals. Or we can directly begin at wireframing from the clients on insights on what the user is currently lacking from their perspective.
User Experience is important because it a process that puts the user first, and this brings a level of care to the people who will be enjoying your product/ service. The goal of this process is to take care of the user so they don't have a steep learning curve, hard time navigating or consuming the pages.
Same goes for UI, without the visuals, the user is left in a slump of having interest in your product but being turned off it because of less than average looks. We want visuals that suit your amazing products and services and that is what I aim to deliver in close collaboration with the clients.

Process

My approach to UX design is grounded in clarity, empathy, and collaboration. I don’t just make things look good — I work to make them feel intuitive, purposeful, and aligned with real human needs and business goals.
Here’s how I typically approach each project:
1. Understand the Problem I start by digging into the context — understanding the users, stakeholders, and business objectives. This could involve stakeholder interviews, user research, competitive analysis, or auditing the existing product.
2. Define the Experience With insights in hand, I work to define user journeys, pain points, and opportunities. This stage helps align everyone on what we're solving and for whom.
3. Design with Purpose From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, I create clear, usable interfaces that support user needs and product goals. I prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy, making complex interactions feel effortless.
4. Test and Iterate I validate ideas early through feedback, usability testing, and quick iteration. Whether it’s a lightweight test with mockups or interactive flows, I make sure designs hold up in the real world.
5. Collaborate and Deliver Throughout, I collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and shared clarity. I can deliver dev-ready assets, documentation, and design systems as needed.

What's included

  • Research

    The initial steps of the UX process is research and could valuable in providing a reasoning for the design and UX choices made. The client can also refer to these in the future to make more changes or improve in time.

  • Wireframes

    Wireframes offer a skeletal view of the entire design and experience. It can help front -end developers and back-end developers in understanding at a birds eye level what is expected of the tech side of things.

  • Prototype/ Final Design

    The final UI design for the pages in .jpg or .png for the reference of the client as well as the front-end developers.

  • Design System and Colour Pallet (chargeable extra)

    This will include a design system and colour palette (chargeable extra) if the client requests it particularly.
