Whether your platform is built on Webflow, WordPress, or custom code, I ensure the user experience is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with your goals. From wireframes to final UI, every step is grounded in strategy and empathy — because great design is about people, not just pixels.

Process

1. Discovery & Briefing We start with a strategy session to understand your goals, users, and the problem you’re solving. This includes reviewing analytics (if available), aligning with business goals, and identifying user pain points.
2. Research & Insights I conduct user research, analyze competitors, and create user personas. This step helps ensure the design speaks to the people who matter most — your audience.
3. Information Architecture I’ll define the best way to organize your content and features so users can easily find what they need. This may include site maps, navigation flow, and content structure.
4. Wireframes & Prototypes Next, I create low- to mid-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma — a clear visual blueprint of the layout, functionality, and flow of your site or product.
5. Visual UI & Interaction Design Once the structure is approved, I’ll apply visual styling that fits your brand and enhances usability. This includes typography, color, icons, spacing, and micro-interactions.
6. Testing & Iteration We’ll test the design with users (if applicable) or gather stakeholder feedback. Then refine until the user experience feels intuitive and meets your project goals.
7. Handoff & Support You’ll receive a polished Figma file ready for development. If I’m also handling development we move smoothly into that next stage. I’m available for dev support or team handoff.
