Summary

(optional) Persona research: Visualize your target audience and determine their goals when accessing your site and what they want to achieve.

Sitemap: Provide an overview of the pages that need to be developed and how they are interconnected. Identify the flow and location of information.

UX Wireframe & Prototype: Create a detailed wireframe of your website. It is important to include sufficient detail to understand the placement of information, space allocation, and flow.

UI design: Apply your brand identity to the screens/pages. Consider contrasts and ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines. Bring the website to life!

(Optional) Final design prototype: Develop interactive prototypes for user testing to gather valuable feedback and refine the design based on user input.

Handoff: Figma serves as the collaborative environment for seamless communication with the developer. I am available for questions and will provide the desired files, such as .png/.svg.

Process

(Optional) Research on the current website: How does your target audience find the website and which pages are visited the most? This is important when setting up a new structure. Together with determining the goals to be achieved with the new site, this provides a good foundation for the next steps.

Sitemap and Wireframe: Map out which pages we want to display and what hierarchy they will have. Then, develop a clear wireframe that reflects the content and flow of the target audience on the new website.

Responsive Design: The target audience should be able to find the right information through any means. This can vary greatly even between devices, causing desktop and mobile to have completely different goals.

Design systems and style guides: Develop comprehensive design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across your digital platforms. With this document, it is easy to make future changes yourself.

Collaborative design process: Involved in the development and collaborative process, where you as the client are involved in every phase to refine and perfect the visual identity of your project.

Prototyping for user testing: Create interactive prototypes for user testing, allowing you to gather valuable feedback and refine the design based on user feedback.

Follow-up conversation: I believe it is important that your business goals are achieved. Therefore, over time, I would like to hear if this has been successful and if there are any further improvements that can be made to optimize it!

What's included

Notion project file
For planning and project structure, I use Notion. This will be the backbone of the project. Here you can find the status and planning of the project. It also includes a task list of what needs to be delivered, among other things.
Figma files
The heart of our collaboration is in Figma. I will provide organized and well-structured Figma files with style guides, artboards, and components. These files serve as the single source of truth for your design, providing easy access and facilitating smooth collaboration.
UX detailed wireframe
Before we move on to visual design, it is important that we agree on the blueprint of your website. To make it as detailed as possible, you will gain a good understanding of the flows and how much space elements will occupy.
Interactive prototypes
To create a good user experience, I will create interactive prototypes within Figma. These prototypes allow easy navigation through important interactions and user flows, giving you a complete picture of the design's functionality.
Design files in various formats
With consideration for the different requirements of development, I will provide design files in various formats, such as PNG, SVG, and other formats if needed.
Optional After care session
If desired, we can discuss and review the results of the new website after some time to see if the goals are being achieved. I strive to ensure that Design does its job!
