Summary
Professional audio mastering using analog and digital gear for media under industry standards.
Process
1 - Send the files in at least 24bit or 32bit (with 32bit you can avoid Dithering and leave that to the mastering engineer).
2 - Stay at the sample rate of the project (most of the time 44,1kHz). Upsampling can make it sounding worse.
3 - Stay at -3dBfs under Peak or lower with no limiting on the master out.
4 - Send the files, preferable packed in an archive if we are talking about multiple songs
