Every digital product has conflicting needs and I'm here to make sure your users' needs are met.

We can start with a brief, 30 minute, meeting. Here we can discuss your project, goals, metrics, and expected outcomes. We can also talk about the roadmap for your project.

Then the research phase begins. Depending on where the product is in in development, I will adjust my research methods to meet the product where is stands. This can include, but is not limited to: Usability testing, secondary research, user interviews, surveys, and creation of research artifacts and documentation. All of this will be shared with you, along with any recommendations I have based on the research. We can then plan for the design phase by aligning user needs with your objectives.

After the debrief, I can begin translating all the research and stakeholder discussions into tangible designs. With stakeholder feedback, I can then take the designs to the users to test the usability of the product and make sure everyone's needs are being met.

This design and feedback loop can continue until you and your users are happy with the product. Branding and design systems can be added or created based off of the business needs.
