Discovery phase
User centred project research and scoping including, user personas, primary and secondary user objectives. Business objectives/goals. Competitor analysis, functionality audit. Research, surveys, interviews or questionnaires with users.
Ideation phase
Multiple rounds of ideation and iteration with your collaboration (as involved as you would like) progressing from lo-fi wireframes through to hi-fi wireframes. User flow and infrastructure diagrams.
