This workshop is made of three modules. Here is a breakdown:
1. Discover

Here we work as a team to define key information that helps everyone understand your business.
👉🏼 Challenges
Here we identify challenges and acknowledge the wins. This helps everyone to see the opportunities and to define a north star in the project.
2. Define
👉🏼 How Might We
Turn challenges into opportunities.
👉🏼 Ideate
Time to get creative! Find ways to overcome the challenges identified in module one.
3. Wrap up
This last module focuses on re-capping all the topics discussed during the workshop and establishing action items and next steps.
What's included
Business overview
We'll break down your business purpose, audience, pain points, and project goals.
Project goals
We'll define a list of goals to help you see where to focus your energy and resources before starting a big design project.
Ideation
We'll guide your team through a brainstorming process to come up with fresh ideas on how to achieve the project goals.
Documentation
The Figma board we used during the workshop, which recaps all the discussions. Your team gets unlimited access to it and can be shared freely with anyone by just sharing a link. No more impossible-to-find PDF files!
