For CRM/SaaS product configuration and adjustments, we’ll schedule online consultation sessions (via Zoom or similar) and use in-platform comments for feedback. All sessions will be recorded, so I can revisit the discussion later to ensure I fully capture and understand your requirements.
I highly value your feedback and typically provide up to 3 rounds of revisions, where you can request reasonable changes related to functionality, layout, and integrations. I’ll send you regular updates so you can validate each stage.
I understand some projects may require additional refinement. If you need more than 3 rounds of revisions, we can add extra rounds at a pre-agreed hourly rate.
Yes. The CRM can be integrated with third-party apps like Zapier, Paystack, Shopify, and many more. We’ll review the full list of available integrations before implementation.
Before signing the contract, I confirm the number of revisions with the client to keep expectations clear. For fixed-price projects, I include 3 rounds of revisions in the price. Once we reach that limit, we switch to an hourly contract for any additional edits.
