Summary
I started off as a PHP developer working on a web application that utilizes PHP 4 standards off of a Dreamweaver template. I manage to upgrade that to PHP 5 and later 7, clean up a lot of deprecated syntax and database calls, migrate it over to a version control system, and performed a system rewrite of it in Laravel.
Process
We'll have a meeting call about your existing web application whether it is an old Wordpress site, outdated PHP site, or an existing PHP application. We can discuss requirements, timeframe, hosting (if new hosting is required), performances and estimate what can be done within a reasonable timeframe.
After that, I'll do some documentation and requirement writing to propose the project plan, budget, and constraints.
Once all is approved, I will begin work on maintenance and upgrades or rewrites if needed.
