What's included

  Develop an event mood board (themes, color palettes, decor outlines). Then, remotely via digital tools like Canva, advise your designer/design agency and decorator/team on decor selection and layout.

• Marketing Material Design Oversight:

  Oversee the creation of promotional assets (invitations, posters, social media visuals). Collaborate with graphic designers or guide their output.

• Talent Review & Allocation:

  Review and recommend skilled vendors for decor and photography to meet your event's needs. Additionally, I will manage communications with these vendors remotely, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and expectations are clearly set.

• Virtual Oversight:

  Monitor the event's progress remotely through regular check-ins with on-ground teams. This ensures that everything is on track and that any necessary adjustments can be made in real time.

• Guest Experience Strategy Consultation:

  Consult with you on strategies for guest engagement, such as communal dining ideas, live music pairings, and interactive activities, to ensure a memorable and engaging experience for all attendees.
