Plan & Setup - Creating the project plan in a project management tool and ensuring we have all of the necessary materials to start

Delegation & Kick Off - Meeting with everyone who will be involved to go over who will be responsible for what, expectations, and timelines

Execution - Keeping track of the project status, the team, timeline, and budget

Reflect & Review - Reflect upon the project & see what areas can be improved on in the future
