UX Research + Case Study
Depending on your project requirements, I will conduct the following research: user research, competitive research, usability testing, A/B testing, user journeys, empathy maps, etc. The process will be documented and one of the final deliverables is going to be a detailed UX case study with all the findings and my analysis.
