  It depends on the complexity of the product. Every engagement begins with a kick-off call where we define the project goals together. Based on this, I create a timeline, so you always know what to expect. This service is structured for projects with a well-defined scope, typically lasting between 3 to 9 months. This ensures we can deliver a high-quality, complete solution on time and on budget.

• What if my project is longer or the scope is more flexible?

  No problem at all. Many projects require ongoing collaboration or have evolving requirements. For these situations, my Team Extension service is the perfect fit. This allows us to work together in a more flexible, long-term partnership to meet your needs.

• How do we collaborate together?

  I use Google Meet for meetings, Slack or e-mail for daily communication, FigJam for data sorting, Figma for design. I send a progress update once a week.

• What happens when a product is finished?

  I provide ongoing support by analyzing feedback, then designing targeted optimizations to improve the performance and satisfaction.
