I start by understanding the product, its users, goals, and challenges. From there, I structure the experience, explore solutions, test interactions, and develop the visual interface. I value collaboration, feedback, and trust throughout the process so the final product feels purposeful for users while supporting the needs of the business.

• Mobile App UX Research & Product Thinking Explore user needs, behaviors, pain points, and expectations to identify opportunities and shape a stronger product direction. Research helps ensure design decisions are based on real user needs rather than assumptions.

• User Flows & Journey Mapping Map how users move through the app, from their first interaction to completing key tasks. I organize features and interactions into clear, logical journeys that reduce confusion and unnecessary friction.

• Wireframes & Interactive Prototypes Develop the structure of the app before focusing on visual details. Wireframes establish layouts, hierarchy, navigation, and functionality, while interactive prototypes bring the experience to life so ideas can be explored, tested, and refined.

• High-Fidelity Mobile UI Design Transform the approved UX structure into polished mobile interfaces. I focus on visual hierarchy, typography, color, components, spacing, and interaction details to create an interface that is both engaging and easy to use.

• Usability Improvements & UX Audits Review existing mobile experiences to identify usability issues, confusing interactions, navigation problems, and areas of friction. I provide practical design improvements that make the product clearer, smoother, and more effective.
