One of the biggest problems entreprenurs run into is building something nobody wants. To set yourself up for success, customer discovery and validation needs to be conducted in a rigourous and repeatable way.
Using my experience as an entrepreneur trained in Standford's Lean Startup methodology , the Discovery Package will help you determine if your idea presents a viable business opportunity before wasting valuable time and money. This approach led me to launching a viable Education Technology startup that raised millions of dollars and created a delightful product loved by students.
Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll receive 20 45-minute sessions and deliverables including a completed Business Model Canvas, Key Hypotheses and Customer Insights, and a List of Supplemental Resources.
What's included
Business Model Canvas (BMC)
Used as a scorecard for your business opportunity, the initial BMC will evolve over the project as you learn key insights about your customers.
Key Hypotheses and Customer Insights
Using your BMC, we'll create testable hypotheses that will help you gather critical customer insights and inform BMC iterations.

Additional resources to aid you in your entrepreneurial journey.
