I will evaluate and analyze the quality of your app, website or enterprise's user experience (UX). In the last 5 years as a Product Design I've discovered this is the fastest way to figure out what's working, what isn't, and how to improve it. I will find where experience is failing your users; where they're stuck or confused, and where they decide to stop using it altogether.

To start I will need login access (if applicable) to the existing product or design files if it's a new product. And if possible access to any product data.
