• Who will be working on my designs?

  Hellow Studio is a highly specialized design agency, meaning you'll work directly with expert designers who ensure top-tier quality. For specialized requests like animations or illustrations, we collaborate with hand-picked industry

• How does the Monthly Retainer work?

  We align on the scope of your project ahead of kickoff and prepare a transparent timeline and design plan based on your needs. It doesn't matter whether it's branding, website design, UI/UX, illustration, or marketing materials - it's all included.

• How do I share feedback?

  We greatly value feedback shared through Loom and Figma. For quick, structured comments, Figma remains our preferred platform, as it allows for organized, trackable feedback directly within the design context. However, if you need to discuss something in a more direct and efficient way—especially for matters requiring quick responses or real-time clarification—we recommend using Slack. It enables faster, more fluid communication that can help streamline decisions and speed up revisions.

• Is there a limit to how much I can ask for?

  That’s a great question. While certain requests may fall outside the scope of your current plan, you’re always encouraged to reach out—we’ll be upfront about what’s possible. For Custom Projects, expanding the scope generally involves a change order or an additional retainer agreement.
