Summary
I will be making a Windows Desktop app for you that functions fast efficient and well with a good looking Interface, I have more than a year of designing experience, although I am not good at Animations I am always up for a learning curve.
Process
I will be writing the back end either as a DLL or a Class for your application
I will design the UI for the application.
I will add some finishing touches and clean up the package
I will send everything compressed as a zip folder
