Final Edited Video (Master File)
The polished, fully edited video in the highest quality format, ready for distribution. This includes color correction, audio mixing, transitions, graphics, and any other finishing touches. Format: MP4 (H.264 or H.265) or MOV (ProRes 422) Resolution: As agreed (e.g., 1080p, 4K) Aspect Ratio: As required (e.g., 16:9, 9:16, 1:1) Quantity: 1 master file (additional versions for different platforms if needed) Revisions: Includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions (major changes may incur extra fees)
Social Media / Platform-Specific Versions
Optimized versions of the final video tailored for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). May include adjusted aspect ratios, shorter cuts, or captions. Formats: Instagram Reel/TikTok: MP4 (9:16, 1080x1920) YouTube: MP4 (16:9, 4K or 1080p) LinkedIn/Twitter: MP4 (1:1 or 16:9, 1080p) Quantity: 1 file per platform (client specifies which are needed) Revisions: Included in the initial revision rounds
Project Files & Assets (Source Files) (Optional / Additional Fee)
All working project files (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects) along with exported assets like motion graphics, soundtracks, and subtitles. Useful if the client wants future edits.
