Process

BOOKING YOUR PROJECT:

Lock in your project by accepting this proposal, paying the deposit fee, and signing the contract that will be sent.

2. CLIENT PORTAL

You'll receive a link to your client portal in Notion & Dubsado. If you don't already have a Notion account, you can sign up for one for free. Within the portal you'll find a list of items to complete before your project start date.

3. LET THE MAGIC HAPPEN

Once you have completed all the tasks on your notion portal, we will be officially going down to the nitty gritty! aka The Good stuff! Discovery & Design!

FAQs

how does the payment plan work?
I like to break projects down into payment plans to ( 2-6 months) make the investment a little easier for you and (2) keep the project moving with regular payments. Your first payment is non-refundable and required to save your spot in my schedule. If you wait to pay this, you will risk losing your spot and being pushed to a later start date. Then, the rest of your payments will be spread out equally throughout the project. Please note that these payments are scheduled by date, NOT by milestones in the project. I do this to avoid delays + keep the project moving. All of your payments will be made online via stripe.
what if i want extra revisions?
I allow up to 3 rounds of revisions on branding concepts and website mockups, which will be outlined in your timeline. If you want to add more revisions, there will be a $50USD charge added to your final bill for each extra round.
What if there are delays?
For our project, there will be due dates for me to present concepts to you and there will be due dates for you to give me feedback on those concepts. I always allow 3days for you to give your feedback or until we are able to schedule a call to go over things together. If I’m expecting something from you (feedback, copy, materials, etc.) and I don’t hear anything from you within 4 days of your due date, a $50 USD late fee will be added to your final invoice to account for project rescheduling. I try to avoid doing this as much as possible, but sometimes it is necessary to keep things moving. If there is an emergency that prevents you from honoring a due date, please try to let me know ahead of time so that I can make an exception.
What do I need in order to get started ?
Branding your business is an investment, and you should be ready to invest in your business. I will need you to fill in the brand inquiry form on my website. Collect information on your target audience, a general idea of what style appeals to you, and your business name.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes! We’ve worked with clients internationally from all over the world.
How long does the process take ?
Timelines depend on the nature of your project, for branding, it typically takes 4-6 weeks.
How far in advance do I need to book my project with you?
I typically book in advance. As soon as possible, Branding takes time. There is a lot of brand strategy before I begin with the design process.

Discovery Consultation
• A collaborative process to begin with, for 30 minutes you will have direct access to the creative head talking about your brand's goals, visions, what problems you want to solve and any specific needs
Brand Thinking Prompts strategy Questionnaire
A simple questionnaire to dive deep into some thinking prompts
1:1 Basic Brand strategy interactive workshop
A 2.5hrs virtual brand strategy session, we will use this session to capture the brand's purpose, personality, the problems and how we can visually solve the problems and connect to the desired audience.
Brand strategy & Creative Direction presentation
After our session, we will provide a few ways we can move ahead with the brand, a summary of your whole brand, some creative direction options to get started with Design.
Brand Identity Visuals
+ Primary Logo + Secondary Logo + 3 Brandmarks + .eps files (for print use) + .png files (for digital use) A complete file and Logo Variations to use anywhere and everywhere. We provide 2 rounds of revision for the design after feedback.
Typography Suite
Intentional and Effective Typography pairing that will just make sense for your brand. Usually this includes upto 1-3 fonts.
Color psychology based Palette
A complete color story for your brand that ties together the whole story of your brand in colours. The color evokes the message and emotions the brand wants to convey while also leaving a lasting memory for the audience to recognise your brand anywhere. A color palette includes 3 - 7 colors. + Hex codes (digital) + RGB codes (digital) + CMYK codes (print)
JPG, PNG and EPS files
You will receive all the files required in the stated formats for future purposes.
Brand Guidlines document
A guide on how to use your brand assets, which logo to use where, which color to use as backgrounds, dos and don'ts.
Extra Support
Educational Video tutorials to show how you can use your brand elements and optimise them.
