Booking Process

Initial Inquiry Reach out through my booking platform (Contra, Fiverr, etc.) or send a message to discuss your email design needs. I'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm details and set up a call.

Discovery Call We’ll have a quick call or chat to go over your goals, target audience, brand style, and any specific content or campaigns you want to focus on. This helps me understand your needs and ensures we’re aligned.

Proposal & Agreement Based on our conversation, I’ll provide a custom proposal outlining the services, timelines, and pricing. Once you’re happy with the details, I’ll send a contract to sign and get started.

Onboarding & Brand Guidelines Once booked, I’ll request any brand assets (logos, color palette, previous email examples) and your content strategy. I’ll also set up a content calendar and tone of voice guidelines to ensure everything aligns with your brand.

Design & Review I’ll create your first set of email designs (including copy) and send them over for feedback. You can review and request any changes to make sure the designs are perfect for your campaign.

Launch & Reporting Once the design is finalized, I’ll implement the emails for your campaign or newsletter and provide performance tracking, so you can see how your emails are performing in real-time.

Ongoing Support After the campaign launch, I’ll continue supporting your email marketing efforts with revisions, new campaigns, or additional design work as needed.
