Includes initial design mockups, final implementation, and up to 3 rounds of revisions.

This includes analyzing current performance metrics, implementing best practices in React, Apollo/GraphQL, and TypeScript, and providing a detailed report of improvements made. Includes performance assessment, optimization implementation, and up to 2 follow-up performance reviews.
