What's included

• Requirements elicitation

  If you don't have a requirements document already, we'll work together on defining the scope of the project. This is a starting point for planning and might change later.

• Skeleton implementation

  The very first version of the deliverable with all the interactions in place, but almost no actual business logic behind it. For checking the requirements one more time and iterate on the ideas live. If the project is not a greenfield project this deliverable might not be applicable.

• Minimal viable product

  An alpha that can be launched in production or beta environment behind a feature flag.

• Final implementation and acceptance

  Once we work out all the quirks and the result is shipped, it's time to shake hands and start a new project! Transfer of all the code and assets if needed, setup and transfer of credentials.
