Process

Initial Consultation
After receiving a message or request from the client, I will set up an initial consultation session (via chat or video call) to understand the needs and goals of the design project. During this session, we will discuss the vision, design preferences, target audience, and any other essential details.
Proposal and Contract
Based on the results of the consultation, I will send a formal proposal that includes details of the services, pricing, and timeline. Once the client approves the proposal, we will sign a work contract to ensure a clear agreement.
Research and Initial Concepts
I will conduct in-depth research on the client's industry, competitors, and current design trends. Based on this research, I will create 2-3 initial design concepts to present to the client.
Presentation and Feedback
The initial design concepts will be presented to the client to gather feedback. The client can provide comments, suggestions, and requests for revisions if needed.
Revisions and Development
Based on the client's feedback, I will revise the design concepts. The revision process will occur up to 2 times (or as agreed) to ensure the design meets the client's expectations.
Finalizing the Design
Once the design is approved by the client, I will finalize the design, ensuring all details are addressed and the quality is optimal. The final files will be prepared in the appropriate formats (e.g., .PNG, .JPG, .PDF, .SVG, etc.).
Delivery and Handover
The final design files will be sent to the client via email or an agreed-upon platform. I will ensure the client receives all necessary files in the right condition.
Follow-Up and Support
I will remain available to provide additional support if there are any questions or further needs after the project is completed. I will also request reviews or testimonials from the client to help enhance my reputation and portfolio on freelancing platforms.
