Hand you a runbook covering every policy, why it exists, and how to undo it
Base price covers up to 25 users. Conditional Access needs Entra ID P1 (included in Business Premium). On Basic or Standard, I can set up Security Defaults instead. US-based Microsoft 365 admin, 7+ years in IT, MS-900 certified.
