Integration: Early-Stage to Seasoned Teams I work with startups, enterprises, agencies, and small businesses to establish, elevate, and maintain their design, branding, and product needs. I’m comfortable working solo or alongside in-house and agency teams, whether that means leading the charge or contributing behind the scenes.
Partnership: Lead/Senior DesignClients get experienced, multidisciplinary design support that blends strategy and craft, without the overhead, risk, or commitment of a full-time hire or agency. The result is steadier progress, fewer handoffs, and work that supports real business goals.

FAQs
Absolutely. I’m used to working alongside in-house teams and external partners. Most collaboration happens asynchronously, but I stay plugged in, aware of what’s happening around me, and aligned with how your team works and what they’re trying to achieve. Think of me as an additional, calm, experienced set of hands that knows when to jump in, when to step back, and how to keep projects moving without adding noise.
Most work is designed in Figma, with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Affinity used when appropriate. For projects that benefit from motion or 3D, I art direct trusted specialists using tools like Blender, After Effects, or Rive. Any additional support is discussed upfront and included in your subscription or project scope.
After years designing for startups, agencies, in-house teams, design firms, and everything in between... I’ve learned one-size-fits-all almost never works. That’s why I offer two solid starting points, each with the flexibility to fit your project’s needs. 1. The One & Done (project based): This is straightforward, project-based work. One defined project, a clear scope, a set timeline, and an agreed budget. There’s no hiring, no long-term commitment, and no ongoing obligation once the work is done. You get exactly what you need, when you need it, then decide what’s next. 2. The Steady Stream (subscription): Hiring a full-time designer sounds great on paper. In reality, you’re paying for far more than design. Salary, payroll taxes, insurance, PTO, equipment, applications, recruiting, onboarding, and the time it takes to actually find the right person all add up fast. When you zoom out, a subscription often saves companies more than 55% a year compared to a full-time hire. The real win is cost and flexibility. Work ramps up, work slows down, priorities change. With a subscription, there’s no awkward reshuffle or sunk cost. Pause or cancel when things get quiet and put your budget toward active design work, not idle time.
