Summary

As a long-time business leader, I've read, written, and revised many job descriptions to keep up with a company's changing needs. Furthermore, I've interviewed many job candidates and often received feedback on their impressions of the job, its posting, and in cases where the person was hired, how the description came to match their expectations.

What's included
