Shopify Developer by Michael MichalakShopify Developer by Michael Michalak

I build performant, maintainable Shopify stores, from custom theme development to headless Hydrogen/Remix implementations. Focus on conversion-optimized UX, clean code, and merchant empowerment.

What I do:

Custom Themes: Dawn-based, Online Store 2.0, sections/blocks, theme app extensions

Headless Shopify: Hydrogen (Remix), Next.js, Vue storefronts via Storefront API / GraphQL

Shopify Plus: Scripts, Flow, B2B, wholesale, multi-currency, localization

Performance: Core Web Vitals optimization, liquid profiling, third-party audit/cleanup

Migrations: WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce → Shopify (data, SEO, redirects)

App Integration/Development: Private apps, checkout extensions, admin extensions

Approach: Clean Git workflow, theme linting, automated testing, merchant training included. No "page builder" dependency — hand-coded, maintainable, yours.
