• Consultation on the best research method to use based on your expected outcome

• Define desired artifacts as artifact for further product discovery
• Lead the interview with 8 users remotely either myself or in collaboration with a researcher I work with. (additional user can be added at extra price)
• Produce and describe final artifact post foundational research. I like to deliver User Journey Maps and Job Maps with identified pain points.

I like to think of myself as an extension of your team, and prefer to work with a few select clients with products I love, so we can work closer together. We'll collaborate via Slack, Email and Zoom. I prefer using Asana as project management tool and will do a proper onboarding phase if we start our collaboration.
