Summary

We offer complete service for your procurement process from China. Which include;

Specifying product requirements with client,

Searching for suitable suppliers,

Reporting possible suppliers' list with prices and terms,

Collecting samples if needed and performing initial inspections and/or sending samples to client,

Negotiating with suppliers to reach best prices and terms,

Organising logistics; including domestic logistics in China, customs clearance in China, air/ocean or express freight arrangements,

Consolidating multiple shipments from different suppliers in one cargo, one invoice and one Bill of Lading.

We have our own company in China which have export permissions.

Process

Getting the list of items from client which include specifications, quantities and target prices.

Searching for suppliers. And reporting the list of possible suppliers with prices and terms. (In most of the cases it takes 3-5 days)

According to client demand, we collect samples from demanded items. We perform initial inspections and send samples to client. (Sample and operation costs to be borne by client)

After getting clients approval and we negotiate with supplier(s) to reach best price and terms. And informing the client with latest situation.

After getting Purchase Order, we organize and coordinate all trade and logistics operations including production, lead times, domestic logistics, customs clearance and air/ocean freight arrangements.

If applicable we consolidate the shipments from different suppliers at one loading port and send them together with one invoice and one Bill of Lading.
