I'll pair with you on a video call. We'll take a little time for you to familiarize me with the problem, and we'll work together to solve it or move forward.

Mentoring

I'll spend time on a video or phone call to support you in your growth as an engineer. We can work on technical skills and/or non-skills, like communication skills, working with non-technical teammates, providing constructive feedback, and managing disagreements.

Code review

I'll review Pull Requests to provide actionable and concise constructive feedback. Available as an add-on to Pairing.
