What's included
Ad Account Auditing
Any long term marketing activities start with a deep audit on the current situation of the Ads account or the client's goal, requirements, objective, long term milestones and the business process and sales approach. This will help me get an idea on where to start and how to progress.
Ad Setup and Configurations
Setting up ad accounts, ads and necessary configurations to track, analyse and monitor data points is the first critical job. I'll clean up the current mess and setup a whole new infrastructure or improve the current one to setup a campaign platform that can accurately track data points.
A/B Testing and Campaign Setup
I strongly believe in consistent endless testing which can improve the resource optimisation like saving money, time and Human Resource to its best. Enabling the A/B testing campaigns while also setting up primary campaigns becomes the first action towards generating sales. On average, my customers save hundreds of thousands of dollars in ad money due to small bit sized testing. Proper A/B testing will clear out the water paving way to more strategic, crystal clear approach.
Campaign Performance Improvements
Once the campaigns are active, further data points and A/B testing reports will show us major indicators that are support and resisting lead generation or direct sales. Based on the campaign goals, and market conditions like competition and CPC attacks, I'll keep on improving and attacking at necessary points while continuously keeping the client in loop about the results and attempts.
Pro-active Monitoring
I pro-actively monitor campaigns at different schedules to ensure proper response, day to day performance patterns, competitor actions, keyword shuffles and most important our KPI's like sales, conversion rates etc. For lead based clients, I monitor lead quality sheets to better understand and optimise ad campaigns to maintain lead quality.
Budget and Performance Optimisation
Once a funnel is built, improving and optimising becomes a key part of maintaining the campaign. I specialise in proper budget and performance optimisations which can significantly impact the clients results at the same time saving potential burn outs of ad spend.
